Gypsy Oak’s White Knight QA2 MH ” Whitie”
Whitie was a beautiful, well put together Black Labrador that covered the ground like a thoroughbred. His ability to find Birds was unsurpassed. Whitie Earned 7 Derby Points in just 9 outings and made quick work of his Master Hunter title with 6 Straight Passes! In the Qualifying stake, he has won QAA with a first, second, and several placements in the Qualifying! Whitie enjoys hunting as our personal “Gun Dog” and has retrieved countless waterfowl and upland game. Controlled desire and well mannered in the field make him a joy to be around. Whitie was a “happy go lucky” dog with a great disposition.
Whitie marked wounded pheasants in the field that went down 200 yards away in chest high sage brush and 5 minutes later came back with the wounded bird and delivered to hand. His ability and desire to retrieve was nothing short of amazing. He was dog and a friend of a lifetime for our family. He will always leave his mark in my mind and minds of my kids.
Whitie has a pedigree stacked with Field Champions, National Champions and Hall of Fame inductee’s. He is a grandson of 2xNAFC FC Candlewood’s Ramblin Man.
